Cause: Race condition — systemd stopped nut-driver before upsmon, hit DEADTIME 15s, false FSD triggered shutdown
Impact: All 3 servers shutdown. Bingo index interrupted but survived intact.
Fix: DEADTIME→120s, SHUTDOWNCMD→log-only, systemd ordering override, driver switched to nutdrv_qx (hunnox/Q1)
Status: MONITORING ONLY — no auto-shutdown until 24hr stability confirmed
